Manny brings over 20 years of executive consulting experience and leads Pangolin Associates' ESG, climate, and nature reporting services. He specialises in strategy, governance, risk and compliance, and stakeholder engagement. He has advised C-suites and Boards across both the private and public sectors. At Pangolin, Manny leads ASRS-related services, delivering gap assessments, roadmaps, implementation planning, and disclosure writing. He holds a Master of Engineering in Aeronautics, an MBA, and a Graduate Diploma in Environment and Climate Emergency.
Anneke leads Pangolin’s ESG services, with a focus on decarbonisation and mandatory climate reporting under the ASRS framework. She brings experience from Schneider Electric, where she coordinated complex, multi-workstream climate and ESG advisory projects. Her expertise spans a wide range of sustainability topics, with particular strengths in stakeholder engagement, renewable energy strategy, and climate governance. Anneke holds a Master’s degree in Physics from the University of Exeter (UK), including a year of study at the University of Sydney.
Sarah leads the development of Life Cycle Assessments services (LCAs) for products and services across a wide range of sectors. Sarah’s work includes working with the construction industry to develop and publish Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and Climate Active carbon neutral certifications. Sarah also facilitates workshops in Circular Economy and supports clients incorporating circular economy principles in mitigating Scope 3 emissions and future-proofing their business models. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Sustainability, Society and the Environment from University of Kiel, Germany.
